1. About the Role
As a Pre-Sales Business Analyst at DBTech youll be the bridge between our clients and our delivery team. From the very first call to final deal closure youll play a critical role in understanding business needs proposing tailored solutions and creating win-win proposals.
You wont just pitch youll understand analyze and collaborate to deliver high-converting pre-sales solutions that help clients trust and choose DBTech.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Take ownership of initial client calls to understand project needs and objectives.
- Conduct detailed requirement gathering and translate client needs into actionable insights.
- Create and present well-structured proposals estimations and solution documentation.
- Work closely with the tech design and project teams to finalize scope and timelines.
- Draft clear and professional business documents including BRDs SOWs and RFQs.
- Handle client communication with clarity and confidence via email chat or video calls.
- Conduct effective negotiations based on business value and delivery feasibility.
- Manage the client funnel ensuring timely follow-ups and moving leads toward closure.
- Maintain accurate records of discussions proposals and progress using internal tools.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align client expectations and solution positioning.
What We Expect from You
- 12 years of experience in pre-sales client handling or business analysis.
- Strong understanding of sales processes solution selling and negotiation tactics.
- Proven ability to conduct requirement analysis and document technical/non-technical specs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) for documentation reporting and proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills clarity and confidence are key.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask across clients and projects.
- A proactive attitude and ownership mindset when it comes to client engagement.
