FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. As an integral part of our organization you will provide critical financial insights and projections preparing detailed reports and analyses that will directly influence our strategic direction. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for providing financial insights and projections to the finance team. This role involves preparing financial reports conducting analysis and developing financial models to support strategic decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial models to support budgeting forecasting and longterm planning.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
  • Analyze cost data to understand product profitability.
  • Support Marketing in customer spend analysis.
  • Support Fulfillment in inventory valuation and inventory optimization.
  • Identify trends variances and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
  • Support Controller in continuously improving financial processes and systems.
  • Preparation coordination and documentation of various financial analysis projects.
  • Analyze financial and expense performance rate of return depreciation working capital and investments.
  • Provide analytical insights for futureoriented financial and businessrelated projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (NetSuite a plus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
