Role: Direct Client - Systems Analyst - Technical & Training Documentation & CMS Management (Sharepoint/Tridion Sites) Jira Confluence Scrum

Job Description:
- Gathers and documents business requirements to support the design and development of technology and/or process solutions.
- Leverages relevant processes technology and subject matter experts to propose appropriate solution options.
- Clearly communicates issue resolution.
- Performs application maintenance and system configuration in support of solution delivery initiatives. 2-3 years

Key projects:
- Learn the system (Tridion Sites) its a CMS focusing on development and documentation work with a publishing team as needed. Learning to add needed items to the new app
- Partnering with the SCRUM team as needed
Daily Responsibilities:
- Morning stand up call
- Collaborating with developers to discuss any new items or action needed
- Collaborating with publishing team
- Writing documentation or training the publishing team on uploading the document to the new app
