REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director of Operations to join our Leadership team and oversee the daily operations of our clinics within the assigned region(Eastern Shore and South MD). In this key leadership role you will ensure operational success drive team performance and contribute to our organizations strategic growth and profitability.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the operations and business activities of the assigned region ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals and strategies.
  • Communicate and implement the organizations vision mission and direction to all clinic teams.
  • Travel regularly to assigned clinics to provide handson leadership assess performance and ensure teams are achieving goals.
  • Oversee the profitability of the assigned clinics and ensure they meet financial and operational targets.
  • Manage the successful expansion of new offices and oversee clinic openings.
  • Lead and motivate clinic teams to drive employee engagement enhance morale and promote a highperformance culture.
  • Develop guide and evaluate the performance of the office managerial team ensuring strong leadership at all levels.
  • Utilize data metrics and dashboards to assess clinic performance and develop strategies for operational improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscapes and opportunities for growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management.
  • Proven track record of managing multisite locations with full P&L responsibility.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Critical thinking integrates facts informed opinions active listening and observations.
  • Decisionmaking problemsolving and collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish productive working relationships with multidisciplinary teams and support services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form to patients the public medical staff and physicians.
  • Ability to counsel and motivate others as individuals and as a group
  • Leadership abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in medical protocols and policy.
