We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Operation with a strong rooms background to join our prestigious hotel in Dhahran Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our executive team you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our rooms division ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize rooms division performance and profitability
- Lead and inspire a team of managers and staff across front office housekeeping and guest services departments
- Establish and maintain high standards of customer service cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Analyze financial data manage budgets and implement cost-control measures to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless hotel operations and guest satisfaction
- Stay current with industry trends and implement innovative practices to enhance guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health safety and security regulations
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance
- Manage inventory equipment and supplies for the rooms division
- Resolve complex guest issues and maintain positive guest relations
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field; Masters degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in hotel operations with a proven track record in rooms division management
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities
- Proficiency in financial management budgeting and revenue optimization
- Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations industry trends and best practices
- Experience in luxury or upscale hotels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of the local hospitality market in Saudi Arabia is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
