Role Overview:
As a Client Success Manager you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our dental practice clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction retention and the expansion of services. You will act as the main point of contact for our clients helping them achieve their business objectives using our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Manage the overall relationship with assigned clients including onboarding implementation and continuous engagement to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans for each client identifying growth opportunities and expansion strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams (sales marketing product development) to ensure client success and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance identify areas for improvement and present new solutions or features.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as a client advocate within the company representing their interests and providing feedback to internal teams.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients ensuring they fully utilize our products/services to achieve desired outcomes.
- Industry Insight: Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Documentation: Document resolutions and create a resolution database for client issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Certifications: Certification in Customer Success Management or related fields (e.g. Certified Customer Success Manager Certified Marketing Professional) is preferred.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in communications marketing sales account management or customer success.
- Language Proficiency: C2 English proficiency level required demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic and Analytical Skills: Proficient in strategic planning and project management with an analytical mindset focused on datadriven decisionmaking.
- Multitasking: Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadlinedriven environment.
- Proactivity: Selfstarter and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
- Remote Work Capability: Ability to thrive in a remote work setting managing and motivating remote teams.
