Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account is a fantastic opportunity to work in a young upbeat and flexible environment with a focus on team collaboration and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire process of servicing renewals and proposals for middle market fully insured accounts primarily.
- Handle a book of business with 12 groups and 100500 lives.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant experience in employee benefits account management.
- L&H license is required.
- Proficiency in Employee Navigator Benefit Point and ZyWave software.
Daytoday:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the daytoday servicing of accounts providing quotes for new and renewal business and ensuring client needs are met promptly and professionally.
