Manager Application Development Direct Hire!
Salary: Up to $143000
Bonus: 8% Annual Performance Bonus
Location: Onsite and Hybrid in Broomfield Colorado (Hybrid eligible - 50% onsite expected)
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours/week

What Youll Do:
As the Manager of Application Development youll lead a skilled team of core application developers in delivering innovative solutions that support and enhance mission-critical platforms like Symitar and other enterprise applications. Youll influence strategy drive process improvements and ensure efficient secure and scalable solutions that align with business goals.
Must-Have Experience:
- 6 years with financial institution technologies like Jack Henry (Symitar Synapsys Synergy SymXchange ARCU) MeridianLink Encompass Alkami COTS Image Center OpCon etc.
- Proven leadership in mentoring coaching and managing technical teams
- Deep knowledge of software development methodologies version control and testing practices
- Strong communication and ability to influence executive leadership
- Solid understanding of Agile and iterative project management practices
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves):
- BS or MS in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- Hands-on Symitar / PowerOn / RepGen development experience
- Familiarity with IBM AIX SQL HTML and JavaScript
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and implementation of IT processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery and execution across distributed development teams
- Partner with PMO and stakeholders for smooth cross-functional collaboration
- Set code standards conduct code reviews and uphold compliance/security requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in development operations
- Work with third-party vendors and align with future tech roadmaps
