As our new Account Manager youll be the bridge between HULK and our ever-expanding network of customers in The Permian. Youll wear many hatsa strategic thinker a relationship builder and a sales closer extraordinaire. The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid them in their success using our product. This will be done by developing appropriate communication with clients and internal team members to understand better and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Heres a glimpse into your day-to-day:

  • Grow our customer base:Strategically develop alliances with potential and existing customers identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
  • Relationship Rockstar:Become a trusted advisor by building and maintaining strong relationships with all levels within your client organizations.
  • Hitting the Target:Develop a data-driven approach to achieve your assigned sales quotas and contribute to HULKs overall growth.
  • Opportunity Hunter:Sharpen your eagle eyes to identify new sales opportunities across our product lines and transform leads into loyal customers.
  • Solution Architect:Uncover your customers challenges and propose effective solutions from OTSs innovative product portfolio.
  • Team Player:Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (supply chain engineering finance) to deliver exceptional solutions for our clients.
  • Hit the Road:Travel to customer locations to foster strong connections and close deals.


Were looking for someone who:

  • Is an Oil & Gas Expert:A minimum of 3 years in operations/sales or 3 years in oil & gas production experience
  • Technical Sales Savvy:Experience selling technical products is a bonus.
  • Is a lead generation and management pro:You have a knack for turning leads into opportunities negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Builds bridges not walls:You excel at building strong lasting relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Influencer with a capital I:Your influence and persuasion skills are top-notch allowing you to present and close deals effectively.
  • Communication is key:You possess strong written and verbal communication skills to connect with a diverse audience.
  • Trustworthy and Ethical:Integrity and confidentiality are paramount to you.
  • Thrives in a Team (or Flies Solo):You can seamlessly work independently and collaboratively.
  • Problem-solving Sherlock Holmes:You have a keen eye for detail and can solve problems logically and analytically.
  • Time Management Maestro:You prioritize effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Travel Ready:Be prepared to travel 25-50% of the time.
