Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Undergraduate Admissions & Recruitment the Admissions Communication Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive support for the recruitment and admissions digital communication systems and websites. This position is vital for the processes which transfer data between the CRM the institutional student information system other internal systems as well as third party vendors. The Admissions Communications Analyst will assist in maintaining accurate and transparent documentation of the CRM and other technical processes and workflows to maintain levels of efficiency and quality service. Collaborative efforts with various teams are essential for developing targeted campaigns and maintaining data accuracy. The Admissions Communications Analyst assists the Director by developing analytics to monitor effectiveness inform strategy and tactics and measure/evaluate success of operations.
Position Information
Communications Coordination:
Create and update emails texts and events in CRM system and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions for prospective and admitted students parents and counselors.
Assist with creating maintaining and scheduling PeopleSoft 3C Engine CommGen batch system processes.
Create or modify PeopleSoft SQL data queries and CRM groups to select correct populations for communications.
In coordination with the Director develop and implement the overall admissions communication schedule.
Regularly and consistently upload leads in accordance with established standards and procedures and ensure timely inclusion in corresponding communication plans.
Perform testing prior to release of communications to ensure proper implementation.
Work with stakeholders to confirm communication plan and monitor deployments for completion and deliver ability.
Maintain and enhance features in the applicant portal lead generation forms and corresponding form communications as needed.
Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for communications business processes.
Provide CRM user training and support.
Data Reporting Analysis Communications
Build produce and process reports as needed for stakeholders.
Based on assessments and data gathered make recommendations to the Director regarding areas of improvement in recruitment and admissions communication.
Create and maintain audits to ensure integrity of data transferred between the CRM and Campus Solutions.
Appropriately tailor communication content to peer supervisory executive and customer audiences.
Website Maintenance
Use a content management system (CMS) to edit and review text and media on Admissions web pages.
Ensure that all content and videos meet accessibility standards and have consistent design/branding.
Collaborate with Strategic Marketing & Communications team as needed to create and update website content.

Minimum Qualifications
Requires general knowledge and skills in the applicable administrative and/or program field with a foundational knowledge of public administration principles practices and methods. This foundation would normally be obtained through a bachelors degree and/or equivalent training and administrative work experience involving study analysis and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies procedures practices or programs.

Four years of administrative work experience involving study analysis and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies procedures practices or programs.
Knowledge of knowledge of and experience with university recruitment and admissions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a solid foundation in grammar spelling and the composition of various communication methods.
Demonstrated expertise in and advanced knowledge of databases email distribution programs and list management.
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of degree and work experience
Demonstrated ability to write basic SQL statements and develop reports.
Knowledge of online publishing platforms including HTML coding and content management systems(e.g. Drupal 8.
Ability to support a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (such as Liaison EMP Slate Sales Force); technical and functional knowledge.
Knowledge of student database management systems (such as PeopleSoft OnBase).
Experience with Graphics/Web Design through tools such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
Experience working in a higher education setting and developing communication strategies for a diverse college student population.
Excellent organizational skills. Evidence of coordination of multiple projects and/or assignments and establishing priorities.
Ability to collect evaluate and interpret data to develop sound conclusions and make appropriate commendations.
Ability to work with end users to define functional business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
