Job Description

We re hiring a reliable techsavvy Admin/Operations Assistant to provide essential administrative support across HR operations and basic accounting. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized is comfortable in a steady taskoriented position.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize employee records in Dropbox
  • Track and manage PTO sick leave and accruals
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks including HR documentation
  • Prepare data for payroll processing (no actual payroll submission required)
  • Schedule meetings manage calendars and send internal reminders
  • Build and maintain task lists and SOPs in
  • Monitor and respond to customer and social media messages
  • Provide light administrative support across various departments as needed

Requirements

  • Graduated with a 3year or 4year Bachelor s degree
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff a timetracking application
  • HR operations experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong admin and data entry skills
  • Techsavvy (familiar with tools like Zoom Google Workspace Dropbox and social media)
  • Proactive and organized; able to suggest and improve systems
  • Clear communication skills especially for interviews
  • Comfortable in a longterm taskbased role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Dropbox
  • Strong organizational skills for managing administrative tasks
  • Professionallevel English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (minimum speed of 25 Mbps)
