This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern with a 30minute paid break
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry for matter creation or transaction creation
- Extract information from purchase or sale documents and populate it into the company dashboard
- Generate client invites and send templated introduction emails
- Conduct trust accounting tasks including matching banking transactions to system data
- Populate transaction details in the system
- Compile information for final reports
- Respond to internal team messages and complete assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
- Proficiency in using computer software and databases
- Strong written communication skills for drafting emails
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
Scope:
- Handle confidential financial and legal information with discretion
- Work within designated timeframes to ensure timely processing of transactions
- Collaborate with internal team members via messaging systems
