Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized efficient and proactive Office Manager / Administrative Officer to oversee the daytoday operations of our office in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office functioning supporting management coordinating with internal teams and handling administrative duties with professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations supplies logistics and facility needs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Maintain records files and documentation in an organized and confidential manner.
- Support HRrelated tasks such as on boarding attendance tracking and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with vendor management procurement and basic financerelated activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and administrative protocols.
- Communicate effectively in English with clients vendors and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in office administration or managerial roles.
- Excellent organizational multitasking and problemsolving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and basic office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
