We are looking for an Enterprise Account Director to join our team as a trusted adviser with a deep understanding of the Taiwan market and a consultative sales approach. You will be responsible for helping our clients succeed in their talent strategies through our Talent and Learning solutions.
This is a strategic sales role that requires a strong ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations understand key decisionmakers and help them solve critical business challenges. A deep knowledge of Taiwans economic and industry landscape will be essential in identifying opportunities and guiding customers toward the right solutions. You will be dedicated to making our customers stronger acting as a trusted partner in their success and seeking out growth opportunities across multiple industries. Although you possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet or exceed revenue goals you will always have your clients best interests in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.
Responsibilities
- Researches and prepares strategically by deeply understanding the customers business Taiwans market landscape and key industry trends.
- Asks insightful layered questions to uncover customer objectives challenges and opportunities beyond surfacelevel discussions.
- Builds strong multilevel relationships across the customers organization adapting communication style to resonate with different stakeholders.
- Leads with solutions aligning recommendations with customer goals and proactively positioning value propositions to drive decisionmaking.
- Applies business and commercial acumen to structure and negotiate agreements that balance customer success with business growth.
- Leverages data and insights to reinforce investment recommendations overcome objections and drive measurable outcomes.
- Drives customer retention and expansion by proactively identifying risks reaffirming value and uncovering new opportunities.
- Takes a strategic approach to account and territory planning mapping key stakeholders and tailoring engagement strategies for longterm success.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing our capabilities and solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Collaborates crossfunctionally embracing shared accountability with colleagues to maximize customer impact.
- Maintains discipline in sales following best practices in CRM forecasting and territory management to consistently meet goals
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- 8 years of full cycle B2B sales experience
- Business fluency in both Mandarin and English written proficiency in Traditional Chinese.
- 3 years of experience selling into the Taiwan market
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of Taiwan industries and ecosystem including key market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Experience in SaaS sales sales hunting or enterprise client management experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- MBA degree or equivalent professional development in business sales or leadership is a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the talent lifecycle including talent acquisition talent development marketing and talent data analysis.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets with the ability to develop and execute highimpact sales strategies.
- Strong communication negotiation and forecasting skills with a history of closing complex multistakeholder deals.
- Ability to build and expand executivelevel relationships in an evangelistic sales environment.
- Experience using datadriven insights to influence decisionmaking and overcome objections.
- Proven ability to assess business opportunities qualify prospects and drive consultative sales engagements.
- Ability to navigate multistakeholder sales cycles leveraging competitive selling strategies to differentiate products and win deals.
