About Group:
- Private Group that specializes in full scope Dermatology
- General and surgical dermatology Cosmetic Procedures Mohs and Dermopathology
- Group has 3 Dermatologists 1 Mohs Surgeon 1 Dermopathologist and 9 APPs
- 6 Total Locations. 5 Clinical Derm Offices and 1 for Cosmetics
- Group has been Physician owned since 1980. Not Private Equity!
- Located in Beautiful and Historic Lancaster PA!
About the Role:
- Location: Lancaster PA
- General Medical Dermatology
- Anticipating physician retirements and looking to replace them.
- Opportunity for surgical procedures available
- Group has a dedicated Mohs Surgeon Cosmetics Team and Dermopathologist
- Schedule: Four Day Week! 8am 4:30pm
- ZERO Weekends Evenings or Hospital Call
- Every Provider gets two dedicated APPs and MAs
- Fully dedicated Admin and Billing Dept in place. Very minimal admin duties!
- EMR: NexTech
- Patient Volume: 6 Patients per hour
- 23 year partnership track. Physician Owned Not Private Equity!
Benefits:
- Physicians earn 4042 of generated Collections. Typically equates to $630000 in year 1.
- Guaranteed income minimum of $350000
- Relocation reimbursed $10000
- Yearly CME Allowance $2500

Background Profile:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
- Ability to hold and maintain Pennsylvania State License
