SENCO Hounslow September 2025 Start

Are you an experienced SEN teacher looking to take on a leadership role

We are seeking a SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to lead and develop SEND provision ensuring highquality support and inclusion for all students starting September 2025.

The Role of a SENCO & Requirements:

  • Oversee and develop the schools SEND provision ensuring all students receive the support they need.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement effective strategies for students with additional needs.
  • Coordinate EHCPs assessments and interventions to enhance student progress.
  • Liaise with parents external agencies and school leadership to promote inclusion and accessibility.
  • Hold QTS (or equivalent) with a strong track record in SEND support.
  • National SENCO Award (or willingness to complete it).
  • Strong leadership communication and organisational skills.
