We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in electron beam (Ebeam) technology to lead and oversee projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management technical knowledge in Ebeam applications and the ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the planning and delivery of Ebeam related projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with engineering R&D and manufacturing teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and performance; resolve issues and manage changes to ensure project success.
Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Foster relationships with clients suppliers and internal teams to facilitate project success.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Physics Materials Science or related field (Masters preferred).
Proven experience in project management with a minimum of 10 years in a technologydriven environment.
Strong technical knowledge of electron beam technology and its applications.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are advantageous.
Skills:
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Trello).
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
