Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in electron beam (Ebeam) technology to lead and oversee projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management technical knowledge in Ebeam applications and the ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning and delivery of Ebeam related projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with engineering R&D and manufacturing teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance; resolve issues and manage changes to ensure project success.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Foster relationships with clients suppliers and internal teams to facilitate project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Physics Materials Science or related field (Masters preferred).
- Proven experience in project management with a minimum of 10 years in a technologydriven environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of electron beam technology and its applications.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are advantageous.
Skills:
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Trello).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
