Ensure overall customer satisfaction by providing ongoing service at customer manufacturing facilities and communicating customer quality and packaging concerns to the appropriate Plants Sales and Corporate Personnel. Investigate and resolve with appropriate parties with regard to quality related problems pertaining to ware performance through customer processes andmake suggestions to help heighten ware as a liaison between Ardagh Group and the customer identifying problems recommend implement and communicate solutions to the customer and the glass manufacturing plants.
- Work directly with TSEs on situation management of their accounts; train/supervise new TSEs and provide direction when necessary.
- Manage Account Teams successfully keeping their partners in business well informed with minimal support. Successful Management would include but not limited to Monthly Reporting Facilitating Meetings Customer Visits and attending Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- Visit customers to evaluate glass performance which includes line audits and fracture analysis and other types of glass imperfections.
- Troubleshoot problems with glass performance and determine root cause reporting positive and negative finding through a Field Service Report (FSR).
- Follow up on issues to ensure resolution and provide technical operational assistance for customers.
- Manage reselect/audit projects product qualifications warehouse inspections and line surveys
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline required.
- Ability to diagnose glass related/nonglass related defects.
- Requires strong knowledge of customer filling lines and associated packaging equipment.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must possess strong time management skills.
- Must be skilled in using calipers height gauges thickness gauges etc.
- Must be computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft Office i.e. Word Power Point and other related applications.
