We are seeking a Service Delivery Director within our Local Government vertical who is responsible for overseeing all aspects of delivery at multiple clients across varying scopes of work including managing the budget the account team(s) managed services and project deliverables and the client relationships. This role will also include responsibilities to lead and promote community engagement efforts. This position will be full time with travel expectations up to 25. Candidates should reside in the Chicagoland Illinois proximity.

What Youll Do
A Service Delivery Director is responsible for researching planning developing and implementing operational and tactical processes and procedures to meet managed services and project delivery goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited the following:
Provide overall leadership strategy and set direction for managers and employees
Lead large group discussions to answer questions and remedy complaints
Create and deliver stakeholder executive presentations
Create and nurture effective communication within the organization
Build a strong team through open communication and by collaborating on decisionmaking responsibilities
Initiate and set goals for programs based on the organizations strategic objectives and contract expectations
Plan programs from start to finish including identifying processes deadlines and milestones
Develop and approve operations and budgets.
Develop and maintain client relationships to maintain and expand CAIs business at clients
Develop processes and procedures to meet and exceed client expectations related to managed services contracts as well as projects
Manage all delivery activities at the client whether performed by resources in direct reporting line or from CAI Enterprise Practices
What Youll Need
Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting service delivery and/or program management
Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and leading diverse teams
Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong connections with the team and stakeholders
Experience and understanding of a breadth of IT managed services including but not limited to AI application support cybersecurity ITSM service desk etc. Oracle platform and application experience a huge plus
Experience and ability to shape position and respond toRFPs
Must of comfortable operating in a fast paced changing environment
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor
