AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design planning delivery and operation of all AWS global other words were the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers storage networking power and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and were looking for talented people who want to help.

As part of the AWS Infrastructure organization Infra Capacity Delivery (AMER) prepares for plans and builds the data centers that comprise the AWS cloud.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to work alongside a talented team to help us deliver Data Center Capacity for our customers. The role will involve working in a fast paced environment and you will be leading programs to drive operational excellence and process improvements across a number of cross functional projects.

This is a role offering an opportunity work cross-functionally and across multiple regions. You will have the opportunity to scale existing programs/ initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
Design and implement knowledge management strategies and systems to capture organize and share critical infrastructure operations insights
Understand key processes and identify areas of improvement.
Coordinate inputs and present Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly business reviews.

- 2 years of program or project management experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering analytics mathematics statistics IT or equivalent
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
- Experience in a highly analytical results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
