Why be a CRM Manager at Cult Beauty
Were looking for a proactive and resultsdriven CRM Manager to support the Senior Loyalty Manager in delivering a successful CRM growth & retention strategy across loyalty email and app. With a commercial and creative mind youll work with multiple channels to drive participation in our loyalty programme encourage downloads and use of our mobile app and reengage lapsing customers through targeted CRM activations. Responsible for the management and development of 2 direct reports this is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the CRM team during a key period of growth.
AsCRM Manager youll:
Commercial Activities:
Oversee the daily management of the CRM Marketing Calendar across email and push notifications
Support the CRM team to deliver monthly revenue targets and channel KPIs remaining reactive and agile with a testandlearn approach
Work with Copy Comms & Design to brief and execute multichannel Loyalty and App events with a commercial and creative mindset
Manage automated CRM campaigns that engage existing customers drive incremental spend and reengage lapsing cohorts
Support the Senior Loyalty Manager to continuously enhance and evolve the Cult Beauty loyalty programme through targeted perks including gifting events and offers
Own and develop the VIP gifting programme for our top tier Loyalty customers
Management and development of the refer a friend program
Collaborate with Retail Media to deliver commercial requests specific to App & Loyalty
Identify opportunities to drive App performance by encouraging downloads and push notification optins developing exclusive app content and elevating presence across other marketing channels
Build relationships with the wider THG team to activate elements of the tech roadmap
Support the wider CRM team with email briefing building and scheduling
Manage and motivate 2 direct reports to deliver the CRM & App strategy whilst identifying key areas of personal development
Maintain awareness of the latest email & app technology and competitor activity to ensure Cult Beauty remains bestinclass in the beauty space
Reporting:
Deliver daily weekly and monthly reporting against key KPIs drawing conclusions and actions from data
Adhoc reporting to support reactive initiatives and drive continuous growth
Confidently present findings to wider business both verbally and via email
What skills and experience do I need for this role
5 years in a CRM role with direct linemanagement experience
Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing and the beauty industry
Digitally minded with an innate understanding of mobile apps (experience with a retail app preferred but not essential)
Experience working with ESPs and dynamic content providers
Experience in creating email campaigns including triggered multitouch journeys across email and other CRM channels
Experience in understanding data and building segments of customers
Experience with loyalty programmes preferred but not essential
Able to confidently draw strategic conclusions and recommendations from data
Strong communication and presentation skills both written and verbally
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced environment
Selfmotivated multitasker able to handle multiple projects with good time management
Commercially aware
Proactive and able to show initiative
Great attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
