BluePearl Pet Hospital in North Dallas TXislooking foran experienced Certified Veterinary TechnicianSupervisor for our Specialty Departments.
This role will support our specialty departments: Internal Medicine Oncology and Neurology. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills are required as you will be working closely with the Medical Director VT VTCC and PM.
*Anesthesia skills required.

Pay Range:Pay is dependent on local veterinary licensing experience and advancement through our competency assessment tool.
As a Veterinary TechnicianSupervisor you will
Serveas a mentor to lowerlevel staff bydemonstratingpositive work habits effective clinicalskillsand business knowledge.
Coachteam members to be continuously aware and proactive atanticipatingand addressing patient and client needs and to seekassistancewith escalated stressful situations.
Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
Identifyconflicts in the workplace andseekassistance in resolution.
Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
Other related duties as assigned.
