Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a robust brand marketing strategy that aligns with the companys vision values and business objectives.
Lead mentor and develop the brand marketing teams to ensure high performance and innovation.
Oversee content strategy and performance across all social media platforms to drive engagement and brand growth.
Ensure brand consistency and visual identity across all marketing materials campaigns and digital content.
Lead the ideation and of brand campaigns collaborations and activations that resonate with the target audience.
Ensure all campaign marketing assets and collateral align with the brands identity messaging and aesthetic to create a unified brand presence.
Define and drive the brand voice across all areas ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across marketing social media retail ecommerce and internal communications.
Utilize analytics and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies.
Work closely with New Customer Acquisition Retention CRO & Retail teams to ensure a unified brand message and experience
Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.
Oversee brand marketing budgets ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact.
Skills and Experience
5 years of experience developing and executing brand strategies that directly support company vision commercial objectives and longterm growth.
Proven ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary brand and content teams fostering a culture of creativity accountability and performance.
Proficient in leveraging performance data and insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
Experience leading endtoend campaign development including partnerships activations and crosschannel rollout.
