The Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a creative spark Do you thrive on building brands and delivering real commercial impact Our client is on the lookout for a Brand & Commercial Manager to join their dynamic Marketing team.
In this pivotal role youll lead on brand development drive commercial success and work cross-functionally to bring inclusive and engaging campaigns to life. Youll be the driving force behind strategy storytelling and sales performance helping to shape the future of the brand.
What youll be doing:
Develop and lead innovative brand strategies that inspire
Analyse trends and performance data to support smart decisions
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver unified messaging
Create campaigns that connect with communities and drive results
Represent the brand at key events and meetings
Make sure everything reflects our clients values: trust service & inclusivity
Youll report to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager as part of the wider Business Development team.
About You
Youre a commercially minded marketer with flair strategy and heart. You bring a passion for brand building and a genuine interest in health fitness and community wellbeing.
Were looking for:
A degree in Marketing Business or similar
Proven experience in brand/commercial management
Creative thinker with a sharp strategic mind
Excellent communicator and collaborator
Passion for health fitness and people
