- Oversee financial operations and strategies for a group of 23 companies.
- Handle the whole team of Accounting and Finance
- Consolidate and analyze financial statements across entities for accurate reporting.
- Develop budgets forecasts and financial models to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Manage cash flow investments and risk across the group.
- Implement systems to streamline financial processes and reporting.
- Provide guidance on mergers acquisitions and expansion opportunities.
- Proven experience as a CFO managing multientity operations is essential.
