Job Description
Angott Search Group is proud to partner with a growing community bank that is seeking an experienced financial services Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. This is a key leadership position within the team as this person will lead two HR professionals and lead the compensation and benefits areas. As a growing community bank this HR Business Partner will also work with business line leaders and be involved in some employee relations and recruitment activities.
The selected candidate should have experience working with benefit plans and compensation. It is highly preferred this person has some experience within the financial services industry.
This Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with the Director of Human Resources and the HR Team along with Senior Leadership Team located at the headquarters office in Ann Arbor Michigan. This is an inoffice position.
