Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Brownsville Texas

Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision:
- Assign tasks to electricians based on their skills and experience ensuring efficient project .
- Monitor the progress of electrical work and proactively address any challenges.
- Provide onsite technical guidance and support to electricians ensuring quality standards are met.
- Conduct performance evaluations offering constructive feedback and fostering career growth within the team.
Safety Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety regulations and best practices.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks reinforcing the importance of safety onsite.
- Investigate and report any electrical safety incidents ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.
Quality Control:
- Inspect electrical installations to ensure compliance with project specifications electrical codes and industry standards.
- Identify and rectify any errors or defects in electrical work maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with other trades to ensure proper integration of electrical systems.
Material Management:
- Order and manage electrical materials and equipment ensuring timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
- Oversee inventory management ensuring electrical components are stored properly and are readily available for use.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports inspection reports and electrical drawings.
- Prepare and submit all required electrical permits and paperwork ensuring compliance with local regulations and project requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of electrical theory wiring methods electrical codes and troubleshooting techniques.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate and manage a team of electricians ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with project managers other trades and clients.
Safety Focus: Deep commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Certifications:
Journeyman Electrician License: Must hold a current Texas Journeyman Electrician License.
OSHA Safety Training: Must have OSHA safety training certification.
