Job Description
Were seeking an experienced Imaging Supervisor to lead our radiology team and ensure high-quality patient imaging services. If you are ARRT certified have leadership experience and are passionate about advancing imaging practices we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the Imaging Department ensuring high standards of patient care and staff performance.
- Coordinate staff scheduling training and workflow in radiology and related modalities.
- Monitor equipment functionality manage quality assurance protocols and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Foster a collaborative patient-focused environment across radiology services including CT mammography and general radiography.
- Act as a liaison between imaging staff physicians and administration.
Required Qualifications:
- Certificate and/or Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT(R) certification required plus certification in either CT or Mammography.
- Eligible for licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the State of Vermont.
- Minimum 5 years of radiology experience including 1 year of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in a unionized healthcare setting.
- ARRT certifications in Radiography CT and Mammography.
- Familiarity with Epic EMR and Visage PACS systems.
