- Quickly and accurately put away inventory on a daily basis
- Ensure inventory is stored in such a way that the oldest product is used first
(FIFO method)
- Organize and manage accessibility of inventory.
- Wash rinse sanitize dishes properly
- Put dried dishes away.
- Prioritize food safety practices
- Take out trash and recycling across the entire restaurant always breaking
down boxes and removing outer cardboard from oil cases
- Perform cleaning on Henny Penny pressure and open fryers on a rotating
basis
- Daily filter cleaning
- Biweekly complete oil change and deep clean of every machine on a rotating
basis
- Sweep and mop as needed
- Complete a variety of deep cleaning tasks each day
- Execute various repairs and maintenance on facilities and equipment through
the restaurant
- Ensure daily checklist is complete
