Janitorial/Custodial Maintenance
Pay: $15/hour
Location: Tulsa
Shift: Monday Tuesday Friday and Saturday 5:00 AM1:00 PM; Sunday 9:00 AM5:00 PM (Off Wednesday and Thursday)

Required Experience & Skills:
Previous Janitorial/Custodial Maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and maintenance procedures
Ability to operate cleaning equipment and hand tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms classrooms offices and common areas
Sweep mop vacuum and polish floors; clean carpets as needed
Wash windows walls and other surfaces
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
Replenish supplies such as soap paper towels and toilet paper
Perform minor repairs including plumbing electrical and carpentry
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues
Set up and take down tables chairs and equipment for events
Ensure facilities are prepared and cleaned before and after events
Preferred Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
