Job Description
MasterTech is on the search for a licensed Millwright Maintenance Supervisor in Hamilton ON.
We need a licensed 433A Millwright. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10 Millwrights and Electricians in an industrial environment. Supervisory and hands on work is required.
Compensation:
- $46.00/hour to start. Raises available based on performance thereafter.

Schedule:
Day Shift 2:30pm to 11:30pm; (Monday to Friday). Overtime available.
Key Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience as a Licensed 433A Millwright.
- Leadership experience including overseeing scheduling training safety etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics diagrams etc.
- Sound understanding of conveyors pumps granulators pneumatics hydraulics and working knowledge of industrial tools.
- Experience with MIG TIG and Arc welding.
- Familiarity with standard maintenance procedures preventative maintenance schedules basic documentation and proper safety techniques.
- Proven ability to maintain internal and regulatory policies procedures and requirements.
