GEA is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team and manage incoming customer requests for our stateoftheart equipment. Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers responding to inquiries with speed and professionalism via email phone and customer portals.
  • Efficiently create and communicate offers process orders and manage returns/warranties using our CRM/ERP system (SAP).
  • Work closely with our parts warehouse and GEA factories to ensure timely deliveries including expediting urgent orders.
  • Keep our customers informed about any changes to their orders ensuring theyre always in the loop.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other departmentspurchasing logistics accounting and salesto ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Balance multiple tasks prioritizing effectively within the team to meet customer needs.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in a customer support role preferably in a businesstobusiness setting with a focus on order processing and inside sales.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to correctly interpret customer requests.
  • Experience working with OEM factories and industrial suppliers is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP CRM MS Office and a willingness to learn new software.
  • The ability to stay on task in an open office environment managing multiple priorities with ease.
  • A selfmotivated organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
