Site IT Director Manufacturing & Labs

As the Manufacturing & Labs Site IT Director your role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities critical to our success: You will be at the forefront of integrating innovative technologies and digital transformation within an evolving environment. Your leadership will ensure flawless operations and compliance promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

What will you do:

  • Develop and implement strategic manufacturing automation and integrated lab initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Lead a team of manufacturing and lab IT professionals encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Ensure flawless integration of manufacturing and lab systems across a sophisticated landscape.
  • Maintain strict alignment to industry standards and regulatory requirements while driving improved system performance.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local and global teams to determine and prioritize technology needs.
  • Manage budgets timelines and resources effectively to achieve project goals within established timelines.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity measures to safeguard critical infrastructure and data.

How will you get here:

Education

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field preferred. A masters degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

Experience

  • At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing or lab related IT roles with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing automation and lab systems integration and architecture.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and encourage teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards.
