Job Posting: Landscaping Materials Sales Dispatcher
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Landscaping Materials Sales Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in coordinating the timely dispatch of landscaping materials and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dispatch operations for landscaping materials sales.
- Communicate with drivers warehouse personnel and customers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Manage scheduling and routing to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Maintain clear records of shipments delivery times and customer feedback.
- Assist the sales team by providing updates on order statuses and resolving any delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or dispatching are a plus.
- Proven experience in dispatch logistics or a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using dispatching software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of landscaping materials is an advantage but not required.
