Step into a key leadership role as our Kitchen Director and drive daily operational excellence in our Back of House. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure topnotch quality and safety.
- Coach train and lead team members and team leaders.
- Manage inventory scheduling and enforce policies.
- Deliver constructive feedback and uphold ChickfilAs food safety standards.
- Maintain a fastpaced environment with high service standards.
- Support catering operations and assist the Beyond the Restaurant Director.
- Resolve issues and implement longterm solutions for critical challenges.
