Building Grounds and Equipment Maintenance Minnesota
A fulltime Maintenance position working with a team.
Responsible for general maintenance of facilities grounds and equipment utilized in the poultry farm industry. Qualifications and Skills
General knowledge of buildings equipment requiring repairs and preventative maintenance.
Ability and interest in maintenance of powered equipment HVAC plumbing lighting and equipment assembly & repair.
Work with a variety of tools and equipment such as power tools hand tools Forklift welding equipment skid steer operation.
Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to follow and adhere to the management of companys policies and regulations for bio security animal welfare and safety.
Must exhibit safe work habits and use safety equipment and PPE when necessary.
Ability to manage and prioritize projects based on changing events.
Develop and maintain a maintenance schedule to meet varied requests.
Physical Qualifications:
Must have good hand eye coordination.
Must be in good physical condition as this role is expected to be moving constantly and occasionally lifting heavy objects and maneuvering heavy machinery up to 40 lbs.
The work environment includes exposure to dust and certain chemicals. Where PPE may be used.
Working in a climatecontrolled environment and work outside.Benefit Eligibility:
