Skilled Remodeler Hourly plus Commission

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs flooring drywall carpentry painting etc.
Organizes and manages equipment required to complete daily tasks
Purchases material for the particular jobs
Represents House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise
Completes jobs for customers with 5star experience
Organizes and manages equipment
Communicates with clients to provide exceptional customer service
At times invoicing and payment completion for every job if not working with a sr tech or lead
Sells further services to customers when approved
Owns marketing around each job site
Performs all other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience two or more years of labor in the field.
Language Skills Ability to read analyze and problem solve. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers regulatory agencies or members of the business community. Ability to interact clearly and effectively in both written and oral communication with supervisor clients staff vendors etc.
Computer Skills : To perform this job successfully an individual should be proficient in personal computer skills including record keeping. Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems.
Mathematical Skills : Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Other Qualifications
Valid drivers license is required and strong work ethic and highly dependable.
