Knowesis is currently seeking an exceptional Contracts Administrator to join our team. The Contract Administrator will support Knowesis contract activity for prime and subcontracts purchase orders independent contractors and consultants as required. This role involves supporting the entire contract lifecycle from initial drafting using approved contract templates and negotiation to and renewal. The Contract Administrator will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to include outside counsel to ensure compliance with the companys contractual obligations and to establish protocols and procedures related to contract management.

Job Description:
- Initiate review of all contract documents (prime and subcontracts) nondisclosure agreements teaming agreements etc. in accordance with company policy and procedures
- Initiate internal contract and subcontract project kickoff activities
- Support proposal preparation to include completion of any required representations and certifications information to support past performance disclosures and required floweddown clauses to subcontractors
- Create and maintain contract files to comply with regulatory requirements and company policies and guidelines
- Assist with the review and management of the organizations indirect commercial contracts and agreements
- Monitor the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) for required actions track/report activity related to the organizations CPAR evaluations
- Complete ontime submission of required government reporting as assigned
- Familiarity with government vendor registration platforms such as SAM
- Develop working knowledge of the organizations Quality Management System
- Address inquiries from customers and suppliers
- Support the development and review of various company policies and procedures
- Provide support for Business Development activities; specifically initiating review and actioning for nondisclosure agreements teaming agreements proposal representations and certifications etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Five 5 years of related experience supporting Federal contracts and/or subcontract administration
- Experience working with a variety of contract types such as Fixed Price Time and Materials Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity
- General knowledge and experience with FAR DFARS SCA and other agency supplements
- Knowledge of federal government contracts and the Contractor Performance Assessment Review (CPAR) system
- Strong proficiency with MS Office 365 skills to include MS Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and SharePoint
- Unanet experience strongly preferred
- Keen attention to detail with strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Able to manage priorities and multitask
- Independent worker reliable resourceful motivated
- Good interpersonal skills and superior verbal/written skills and capable of a high level of professional discretion
- Experience being privy to and protecting sensitive company information
- Familiarity with accounting procedures relevant to Federal government contracts
- Travel to Fairfax Virginia as needed
Preferred Education:
- Bachelors degree in business or related field
