Job Description
Were looking for a Business Development Manager to play a crucial role in expanding
market presence driving revenue growth and building longterm relationships with clients in the related industries. This role requires a strong focus on endtoend client pitches sales strategies and exceptional relationshipbuilding skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and target potential clients in the related industries.
2. Generate leads through various channels including networking industry events referrals and cold outreach.
3. Conduct compelling client pitches and presentations showcasing indoor and outdoor sustainable greenery solutions.
4. Effectively communicate the value proposition features and benefits of our products and address clientspecific needs and concerns.
5. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers architects designers and Industry influencers.
6. Understand clients requirements and pain points and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
7. Lead contract negotiations pricing discussions and contract closure to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both and the clients.
8. Close deals effectively maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
9. Maintain accurate and uptodate sales reports including activity tracking sales performance analysis and revenue forecasts.
