Profile Account Executive
Experience 5 year
Salary 30 k to 35k
Location Chetpet Chennai
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in accounting or financial management roles.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime for managing financial records and transactions.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting tasks.
- Exposure to GST and TDS regulations and compliance requirements is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Detailoriented with strong analytical skills for accurate financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
- A pleasing demeanor to maintain harmonious professional relationships and client satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure accurate accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets forecasts and financial statements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all financial records and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations including GST and TDS filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate financial advice to management for strategic decisionmaking.
- Engage with clients regarding financial aspects and service inquiries effectively.
