Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Housekeeping Manager / Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team in Jakarta Indonesia. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations of our esteemed hotel ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness comfort and guest satisfaction.

  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team providing guidance training and motivation to achieve exceptional performance
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and quality standards to maintain a pristine hotel environment
  • Oversee daily operations including room inspections public area cleanliness and laundry services
  • Manage inventory budget and staffing levels to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and prompt resolution of issues
  • Implement and maintain safety and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations and company standards
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative housekeeping practices to enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping management preferably in a luxury hotel setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software and MS Office suite
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and inventory control
  • In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations best practices and quality assurance techniques
  • Thorough understanding of hotel safety and hygiene standards
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Professional certifications in housekeeping management are preferred
