About the Role
As an HR Coordinator you will be a key player in ensuring seamless HR processes and providing an exceptional employee experience. You will support various HR functions including onboarding and offboarding employee engagement benefits administration and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fastpaced environment where you can grow and make an impact.
Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding steps associated with transitioning candidates to new hires including welcome emails IT logistics onboarding instructions I9s etc. while partnering with key stakeholders
Be the frontline face for daily employee support in answering general HR questions
Support benefits administration including enrollments changes and questions
Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring employee changes and updates are reflected correctly
Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and company policies
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy
Support HR initiatives such as performance management learning & development and internal communications
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
13 years of HR experience preferably in a tech or highgrowth environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fastpaced setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with HR software (Rippling) is a plus
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
High attention to detail and problemsolving mindset
$65000 $85000 a year
The base salary range for our New York office for this role is $65000$85000 annualized salary. This is subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidates skill level experience and specific work location. This role may also include the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity.
