Job Description
We are seeking a creative and techsavvy AI Content Creator Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. The intern will utilize AI tools and platforms to develop engaging and highquality content including videos images copy and more. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI content creation and the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize AI tools to create compelling video content for marketing campaigns property listings and social media.
Design and generate highquality images and graphics using AI software to enhance our visual content.
Develop engaging copy for blog posts social media updates email newsletters and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative content strategies.
Analyze content performance and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
Stay uptodate with the latest AI trends and tools to continuously innovate our content creation process.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Communications Graphic Design or a related field.
Strong understanding of AI tools and platforms for content creation (e.g. DALLE GPT4 Canva).
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Capcut) and graphic design tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the real estate industry and content creation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in content creation or digital marketing.
Familiarity with social media management and content performance analytics.
