As part of our team youll be fully responsible for the creative process from concept to execution playing a key role in boosting Ch Tt Xes presence on social media particularly on fastpaced video platforms like TikTok. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Video Ideation: Dream Big Think Bold

• Full responsibility for the creation of bold trenddriven video ideas that capture attention spark curiosity and stop Gen Z in their tracks.

• Conceptualize and script videos that are more than fun theyre memorable and shareable tailored perfectly for TikTok and platforms that matter to Gen Z.

• Bring TikTok culture to life through nativestyle videos leveraging humor chaos and trends that make people hit replay.

• Collaborate with the Brand & Design teams to ensure your ideas align with broader marketing strategies while pushing creative boundaries.

• Spot emerging trends early and put your unique twist on them to align with Ch Tt Xes voice and brand energy.

Video Creation: Turn Ideas Into Reality

• Own the full production process from filming to editing ensuring your videos drive measurable engagement (e.g. views likes shares comments) and increase Ch Tt Xes presence on social media platforms like TikTok. You dont just create videos you craft stories that connect with audiences and spark action.

• Youll even be featured on camera as the VJ adding a personal touch to your content and making it even more engaging.

• Execute visually captivating video shoots that are onbrand and reflect your creative storytelling approach.

• Continuously improve your content using insights and feedback to refine your work and drive higher engagement.

• Stay ahead of platform trends and adapt your videos to maximize impact and connect with the audience.

Qualifications :

• Proven content creator with experience on TikTok or similar platforms. Your portfolio shows creativity originality and an ability to create content that resonates and gets shared.

• Visual storytelling skills with a sharp eye for pacing framing and narrative flow. You know how to captivate an audience in seconds.

• A deep understanding of social trends particularly TikTok. You get why people share content and know how to create videos that keep them coming back.

• Proficient in mobile editing software like Capcut InShot or TikTok editor; familiarity with desktop editing tools is a plus.

• Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines and rapidly evolving social media trends where staying ahead of the curve is key to keeping content fresh and relevant.

• Strong sense of ownership take initiative follow through on ideas and care deeply about the impact of your work.
