This internship focuses on Developing Efficient AI Models in ResourceConstrained Environments with exciting applications such as:
- Autonomous Driving & Safety Systems Contribute to AIpowered selfdriving assisted parking and advanced safety features like emergency braking and fallback systems.
- InCabin AI for Safety & Comfort Develop AI models to monitor driver and passenger behavior using cameras radar and other sensors to enhance vehicle safety (e.g. detecting unattended children or drowsy drivers).
What Youll Be Doing
As an AI Engineer (Intern) youll gain handson experience in:
- AI Research & Innovation Stay at the cutting edge by analyzing the latest AI advancements from toptier conferences benchmarking adapting and improving them for realworld automotive use cases.
- Software Development & Deployment Build AI models for resourceconstrained environments by leveraging cloudbased model development pipelines and optimization techniques before deploying them on embedded devices.
- Bringing AI to Life Develop educational material to champion AI adoption within Continental Automotive helping nonAI experts understand the value and limitations of cuttingedge AI solutions.

Qualifications :
- Education Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in programmes such as: Computer Science Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Computer / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Skills Proficiency in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch TensorFlow or scikitlearn. Willingness to learn and explore new AI concepts.
- Programming Experience Handson experience with machine learning projects (personal academic or opensource).
- Communication Skills Ability to clearly document findings and present results to team members. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player A collaborative mindset openness to learning from experienced professionals and the ability to work effectively in teambased projects.
- Passion for AI Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and machine learning with a desire to stay updated on the latest advancements in the field.
