- The Learning and Development Content Creator is responsible for identifying designing and developing programs to enhance individual and organizational performance.
- The Content Creator also will act as an administrator for the Learning Management System.
Reports To: Learning and Development Lead
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing training programs to enhance individual and organizational performance.
- Acting as an administrator for the Learning Management System.
- Assessing and prioritizing training needs in consultation with the L&D Lead managers system owners and subject matter experts aligning with the sites strategic goals and Employee Development Plans.
- Supporting managers and individuals by providing information advice and resources to promote a highperforming organization. This includes designing and delivering customized training plans for new and existing employees.
- Providing guidance in the design of training programs and assisting in evaluating training activities.
Skills Required:
- Expert knowledge of principles and methods for designing and delivering training material.
- Strong presentation and training evaluation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Articulate 360 Software and Excel.
- Strong project management communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong decisionmaking skills and influence others positively.
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum degreelevel qualification in Management Life Sciences Instructional Design or a related discipline.
Expert knowledge of principles and methods for designing and delivering training material. Strong presentation and training evaluation skills. Strong proficiency in Articulate 360 Software and Excel. Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with strong decision-making skills and influence others positively. Minimum degree-level qualification in Management, Life Sciences, Instructional Design or a related discipline.
