This is a remote position.
About the Role
As an AIEnabled Business Analyst you won t just analyze business requirements you ll help reinvent how the business runs. This role is at the intersection of data systems design and automation and is responsible for turning ambiguity into actionable roadmaps powered by insight and intelligent tooling.
Your deliverables will be dynamic: autoupdating dashboards AIgenerated reports and workflows that eliminate repetitive analysis. You ll partner with crossfunctional leaders to define the right problems to solve then solve them faster using tech and structured thinking.

Key Responsibilities
Translate strategic business needs into systems requirements decision trees and dashboards
Design and implement automation workflows (via Zapier Airtable Notion AI etc.) that reduce manual operations
Lead requirementsgathering sessions with Product Ops Finance and Tech to align business logic
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT Claude GPTbased agents) to generate insights structure data or simulate decisions
Create selfserve reporting assets and documentation for stakeholders using Notion Google Sheets or Looker
Serve as the human API between business goals and data/systems execution
30/60/90 Day Milestones
30 Days
Conduct a stakeholder audit and inventory of current reports and processes
Identify 3 highfriction workflows where analysis and decisionmaking can be automated
Launch MVP dashboard or AIgenerated report that cuts down timetodecision by 30%
60 Days
Deploy first automation bot or AIgenerated process brief (e.g. GPTbased project summary or insights digest)
Establish data governance or reporting templates across key functions
Document business logic for top 5 recurring crossfunctional decisions
90 Days
Deliver first endtoend system improvement project (from business analysis to live automation or tool rollout)
Define and publish KPI tracking for automated vs manual decision processes
Lead AI tool onboarding session for business stakeholders
Key Performance Objectives (KPOs)
- Reduce manual reporting time by 50% via automation and dashboards
- Increase speed of crossfunctional decision cycles by at least 2x
- Identify and automate 3 recurring business workflows within the first 90 days
- Deliver at least one AIenhanced insights report monthly that informs business strategy
Requirements
3 6 years experience in business analysis systems design or operations
Strong understanding of business logic data modeling and process mapping
Skilled in Excel/Sheets BI platforms (Looker Power BI) and basic SQL
Handson with automation tools (Zapier ) and AI platforms (ChatGPT Notion AI Claude)
Able to facilitate business/technical alignment across departments
Systems thinker with a bias for prototyping testing and iterative delivery
