As a team member you will work in a fastpaced restaurant that serves over a thousand guests daily. The role of a team member is an integral part of our day to day operations. Team Members are individuals that are outgoing passionate and energetic.We wear smiles here everyday!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow ChickfilAs operational policies and procedures
- Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm courtesy and hospitality.
- Taking orders and making accurate changes quickly.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand products and promotions.
- Ensure guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly.
- Assist leadership in executing opening and/or closing procedures.
- Model and support clear communications between the front counter and kitchen staff.
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
Required Skills:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to work at a quick yet efficient and thorough pace. We work fast with a focus on accuracy.
- Teamoriented adaptable dependable and strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude. A smile is a part of the uniform!
