We seek a driven fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. The ideal candidate is flexible a team player reliable hardworking and an outstanding representative of our part-time position requires weekend availability (and weekdays if available/when needed). A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in customer service community events sales and/or work experience in the health & fitness industry. Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating effectively with team members and gym members
- Conducting tours and welcoming customers
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
- Managing membership and training sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling opening and closing duties
- Managing communications via phone email text and app
- Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others
- Welcoming and assisting new and existing members with inquiries tours and membership sign-ups
- Actively participating in local community events
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- A friendly outgoing and warm demeanor
- Genuine and honest personality
- Flexible availability
- Technologically savvy
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Experience in customer service sales and thefitness industryis preferred
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid drivers license to apply
