Position: Service Engineer
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer at SHREEJI COMSEC INDIA PVT.
LTD. in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Service Engineer will be responsible for
installation preventive maintenance and break down calls.
Qualifications
Support for installation repairs and maintenance of EPBAX CCTV Access Control Bio-Matrix
etc.
Attending AMC calls allotted by Service Department
Co-ordination with Service Team
Co-ordination with Technical Team & IT Team
Handling the queries of clients and solve their queries within TAT with help of other teams.
Any other activity assigned by the Management.
Good communication skill
